  • Assess clients’ needs and financial goals, providing personalized advice and recommending suitable insurance products
  • Foster and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups, policy reviews, and support with claims and adjustments
  • Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales targets and performance goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have or willing to obtain required state/provincial license
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
