FULL-TIME HEAVY-DUTY PARTS PERSONNELTOTAL WORKS Truck and Equipment is a one stop shop for Truck and Trailer Safety Inspections, Repairs, Hydraulics, Crane Inspections and Custom Welding and Repairs. TOTAL WORKS Truck and Equipment is a community minded business that is independently owned and operated. We strive for exceptional customer service, and work on all makes and models of trucks and trailers.TOTAL Works Truck and Equipment has an immediate opening for an experienced HD Truckamp; Trailer Parts Personnel.Salary:• Compensation offered will be calculated based on experience• Full benefits after completion of 6-month probationary period• Relocation expenses will be consideredThe skillsamp; duties required of the successful candidate will include:• Communicate with the Parts Manager and Heavy-Duty Repair Technicians and fulfill their requests for parts• Rotate and replenish stock levels, to maintain a professional appearance at all times• Receive parts and supplies• Maintain a clean and organized parts room• Ensure that parts catalogs and price lists are current and up to date.• Inspect parts returns and cores for damage and correctness.• Source hard-to-find parts• Compile parts cost estimates, and assist with the Service Department #39;s needs.• Perform physical inventory counts and periodic spot checks• Answer Phones and emails in a polite and professional manner, providing exceptional Customer Service and product knowledge• Greet customers and discuss the type, quantity, and quality of the merchandise and/or services they require• Participate in other duties as assignedKey Attributes:• Knowledge of Truckamp; Trailer Repairs would be beneficial for this position.• Excellent communication, customer service,amp; interpersonal skills• Punctual, with a strong work ethic• Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.• Above average computer skill• Able to work under pressure, and complete tasks in the assigned time period• A good listener who is able to ask questions, when necessary, to solve problems and come up with sound solutions• Must have the ability to work both independently, and as a contributing member of the team• Must be able to manage time and resources to the company #39;s advantage• Must be able to Read, Speak, and Comprehend EnglishEmail Resume @ wage expectations to accounting@totalworks.ca or drop off at 501 Middleton Avenue Brandon, MB.
