Overtime may be required to comply with the production schedule.RequirementsExperience – Three years in a similar industry would be an asset but is not required. Training will be provided to the ideal candidate.Education – CWB certification, or the ability to obtain a CWB certification is required. Red Seal WeldingCertificate would be an asset but is not required.Skills – The applicant must have the following abilities: interpret drawings and follow specific instructions, work under pressure, meet deadlines and perform in a collaborative team setting or independently.
