We are the region’s leader in staffing solutions with a proven workforce in operation at some of the largest businesses on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.We are hiring a Operations Administrator |Receptionist to support the continued growth of our Oakhill operations.Primary DutiesThe Operations Administrator is required to perform a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Front desk customer service – telephone inquiries, processing cash transactions, retail sales
  • Administrative support to the team
  • Prepare and sort incoming mail, faxes and deliveries
  • Data input and management
  • Records management: scanning, classifying and maintaining and inventory of records
SkillsThe Operations Administrator will demonstrate competence in the following areas:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Present a positive and professional appearance
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others and undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
  • Experience with using the following software | Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Word and Teams
Full-time hours: 30-40 per weekJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: $17.00-$19.00 per hourBenefits:
