Experience with PC refresh, asset management, PC lifecycle management. Managing responsibilities and priorities to achieve SLAs. Must be fluid with Network equipment - configuring, replacing and installing. Able to handle 24X7 on call rotation. Bring your own device solution (must provide cell phone) .Good oral and written communications required.Candidates should be the best of the best; mature, customer-service oriented with a "whatever it takes" mentality. Need a self starter, who can handle multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and manage customer expectations for service delivery. Will work solo at the site, with minimal oversight. Candidates must be comfortable educating and guiding internal employees. Candidates must also have a "thick skin" and calmly resolve issues in a timely manner with quality outcomes. Includes On Call duties for Network Hands and Feet.This position will be providing Desktop Support for internal employees in a manufacturing/ office environment. 100% on-site, M-F 8am-5pm shift. This is a long-term position. Will be working in a Windows 10 environment, SCCM, Active Directory, ServiceNow ticketing, and Microsoft Suite. Will have some basic networking responsibilities- configuring routers/ switches. This will be hands on support with minimal phone support. Will need to be available for a rotating on-call.
