Job Description

Local Real Estate Agent is looking for a part time bookkeeper. The position entails entering all financial transaction into the accounting software, reconciling the accounts at month end, recording all payables and receivables, preparing month end income statement and balance sheet, preparing quarterly HST returns, monthly payroll returns, month end receivable and payables report. The bookkeeper will be responsible for identifying budget concerns and reporting to the owner any cost savings measures that are recomended.Qualifications

  • Proficent in Sage 50 Cloud accouting
  • At least two years experience as management accountant or bookkeeper
  • The ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Proficient in excel
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
  • References both personal and professional
This position is part time, approximately 5-10 hours weekly. Compensation is 22-30 per hour depending on experience. Ideal candidate is self employed as a bookkeeper.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 5-10 per weekSalary: $18.00-$19.00 per hourBenefits:
