With our mentoring, quality, and safety programs, we are committed to staying at the forefront of our industry.Rhyno’s is looking for a full-time Trusted Comfort Advisor (Sales Advisor) who has experience in plumbing sales & estimating (some HVAC experience preferred but not required)! You will be responsible for conducting site visits, accurately estimating the cost of labor, equipment, and materials for primarily plumbing projects and providing quotes to the customers.Trusted Comfort Advisors are primarily on the road, in the community, and they know what it means to put the customer first. • Identify potential opportunities in our region.
• Create and maintain customer relations.
• Ensure customer experience is above their expectations.
• Manage communication channels and ensure customers receive prompt, professional responses.
• Learn to identify customer needs by influencing the customer via a value proposition sale.
• Develop the ability to qualify prospects, set effective appointments, follow up on leads and referrals and answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
• Develop an understanding of the prospects decision-making process, address customer concerns and commit prospect to decision making timetable.
• Research proactively the prospects organization and influences the customer to buy through thorough analysis of the client’s organizational needs.
• Provide proposals/quotes to customers in a timely manner.
• Make sure you are selling the right services to meet the client’s needs.
• Work with our Technical Specialists to design solutions for larger, more complex proposals.
• Meet Sales Targets as aligned on with Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Occasionally act as Inside Sales Support at the request of the Sales Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous estimating & sales experience
• Previous experience in Plumbing Sales or Operations required
• Previous experience in HVAC is preferred but not required
• Interest in learning emerging technology of the industry
• Cold calling willingness and experience is required
• Outside Sales Experience
• Ability to work comfortably with heights
• Outstanding customer service skills & ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Effective listening skills to understand customer’s needs
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and teammates
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), to liaise with office-team and customers
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Must demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Valid Driver’s License is required

Schedule

• 8am-5pm
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional evening or weekend (ie. Home Show season)
