Due to our rapid growth in the Bridgewater region, we are recruiting a Property Manager to assist with our portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties.The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a portfolio of properties including, but not limited to:Attracting and screening prospective tenants;Creating leases for qualified new and existing tenants;Complete regular inspection reports for buildings and units and ensure that any deficiencies noted are corrected in a timely manner;Provide move in / move out inspections for tenants;Ensuring that tenant concerns are handled in a professional manner;Ensuring that rents are collected in a timely manner and strictly enforcing late payment policies;Coordinating repairs and maintenance to properties;The ideal candidate will be well versed on the NS Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations. You will be personable and professional in all your interactions with existing and prospective tenants.A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is required.In addition to a base salary, we offer leasing commissions, and vehicle reimbursement.
