The mission of the SRM/JJOS Source COE team is to support the transformation of the J&J Supply Chain to become a more integrated and collaborative organization with a special focus on direct material suppliers.Capabilities will need to be enhanced/built to identify and execute profitable tradeoffs between the supply chain functions, to enhance skills and capabilities within the SC Procurement team to lead end to end and to improve partnership with selected suppliers (value: i.e., cycle time, responsiveness, risk management).The Risk Management Data Analyst will be responsible for the execution of the Source Product Risk Management at enterprise level including data curation and cleansing of supplier data, bill of materials and risk metrics, identify process improvement opportunities and technology solutions to make the process more effective and efficient. This individual will interact with multiple business partner within Source and Supply Chain Organizations and will be a key player on the overall Supply Chain Resiliency strategy and on the deployment of the E2E resilience index. This position is part of the Supply Chain Procurement, Strategy & Deployment Team, more specifically it is part of SRM/JJOE Source CoE and is closely linked to the Value Chain Risk Management OrganizationMajor Duties & ResponsibilitiesApproximate Percentage of Time - Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

• 50% - Perform data analysis of multiple reports related with bill of materials, product segmentation and risk index metrics. Connect data from internal and external sources and extract information from multiple systems efficiently
• 30% - Identify process and technology improvement opportunities to better manage risk data and efficiently connect information to deliver Source resilience index
• 20% - Lead engagement with Source and Business partners to validate results and identify areas of improvement related with product risk management

QualificationsQualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required. An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Sourcing, Risk Management, IT Data Management. Advanced technologies are preferred.
• Proven understanding of data management tools, ability to manage massive amount of data timely to drive business recommendations
• Proven understanding of financial, operating and business factors relating to Supply Chain is required.
• Proven understanding of the ‘end-to-end’ Supply Chain relevant product and process knowledge (Source operation, Make, Plan, Deliver) and how Technology and Systems drive Supply Chain Performance is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead & get things done through influence versus line responsibility is required.
• Demonstrated unyielding focus on quality results (analyses, deliverables, and time efficient)
• Ability to interface and interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to act as a team player with ‘customer focused’ mentality
• Ability to successfully operate in an unstructured environment
• Ability to dive into detail
• Ability to demonstrate active listening and strong communication skills (in written and verbal formats)
• Ability to understand new and existing technologies and philosophical applications of those technologies, as required
• Strong user level: Advanced Desktop software (e.g. MS Project), Finance and ERP/equivalent and CRM Platforms
