This is a remote position.Who are we and what do we doRFDM Solutions is a boutique technology consulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting edge websites, digital marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. In shortest terms, we spend our days solving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2C ecommerce, non-profit, technologies and venture capital.We are a full stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.What’s the job all aboutAn exciting opportunity for candidates looking to break into technology B2B marketing and sales with opportunities to grow and advance your career as an account manager in account based marketing (ABM). You will be working alongside the sales and marketing executive teams to cultivate inbound leads and outbound target prospects using a variety of sales and marketing strategies taught. Additionally, you will be working directly with our clients and our marketing team managing client communications, schedule and attend client meetings, and develop new client relationships. With this role there is also opportunities to gain exposure and cross train in digital marketing, in areas such as email marketing, social media, paid ads etc.RequirementsWhat kind of skills and experience do you need to haveThe main skills and experience we would need you to have are:

  • The ability to communicate professionally via email, phone/web conference, and in person. Preference will go to candidates who can demonstrate experience and success in managing client relationships in a deadline driven environment.
  • You are detail oriented and take ownership over the tasks you are given.
  • A general comfort with outbound email prospecting (calling, emails, LinkedIn, network)
  • Some training or experience with business administration tasks, such as document management, data entry, and reporting
  • Some familiarity with email marketing and a general comfort of onboarding onto new technology rapidly
  • A general comfort with outbound email prospecting
  • In terms of other important skills, you would need to be comfortable in being responsible for delivering projects on a deadline, and for juggling more than one project at a time.
In respect to experience, it would be great to hear from candidates that have at least a year or two working in a similar role, but we are also willing to train the right candidate that can demonstrate that they are proficient in the above skill sets and are willing to commit to filling their gaps in knowledge through some rapid on the job training.
