  • Meeting or exceeding sales funding targets
  • Giving sales presentations to dealers covering a range of topics from training and onboarding to increasing sales revenue.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs when necessary.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs to dealers.
  • Obtaining proper paperwork to reduce deficiency rates with dealers to expedite the funding process.
  • Visiting dealers and potential dealers to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Answering dealer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Meet with dealer’s face to face or over the phone in addition to fostering and developing relationships with them
  • Understand the needs of your dealers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes
  • Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization and understand the need for change and what is required of them
  • Train dealers, they are responsible for initial with respect to the organization’s processes and protocols and periodically throughout the relationship as dealers onboard new sales reps, etc.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the consumer finance world.
  • Help to plan sales campaigns that assist dealers with the generation of revenue
  • Create a sales pipeline of dealers
  • Negotiate promotions with dealers assist with implementation and execution of them
  • Increase sales of the dealers through pragmatic and creative ways
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior leadership
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy for your dealers with their buy-in.

Qualifications Required/Preferred:
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the Home Improvement Sector
  • Experience in the Consumer Lending or Finance Industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
