It provides key advice to the Province relating to the settlement of disputes in accordance with statutory authorities. Under the supervision of the Deputy Supervising Counsel, the Legal Assistant is responsible for providing support to legal counsel. This position is responsible for performing a variety of legal services with a high degree of independence and under limited supervision.
