  • Resource availability to perform regular maintenance of infrastructure and systems including:
    • Server patches, updates and upgrades.
    • Firewall Management and border security capability.
    • Cybersecurity analysis and remediation.
  • Provide an escalation point for hardware and infrastructure tickets.
  • Provide additional capability to introduce modern methods and practices to the business.
Future Projects:
  • Windows SOE image and Configuration Management system
  • Production and DR infrastructure re-hosting
  • MFA Implementation
  • Wi-Fi security remediation

  • Demonstrated ability to manage your time to complete projects on time and to a very high standard.
  • A commitment to quality and professionalism in your written and verbal communication, including documentation.
  • Expertise in various networking technologies, including switching, routing, VPN, SDWAN and firewalls.
  • Expertise in various Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchangeamp; Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, Identity Services, MFA, SSO.
  • Experience with VMware ESX and virtual server backupamp; replication technologies.
