We #39;re here to disrupt this system. Our aim is to build products that genuinely help people achieve their financial goals.We #39;re a tight-knit group, tackling diverse challenges head-on. Design is crucial to us. It #39;s about creating something that not only works well but resonates with our users, helping them on their journey to achieve a level of financial health they didn #39;t realize was attainable.The base salary for this role is: $75,000-$120,000What You #39;ll Do:

  • Deliver design solutions that drive product and customer success.
  • Create user-flows, prototypes, and visuals for your features.
  • Contribute to the overall product and design direction.
  • Ideate and roll out features and improvements swiftly without compromising quality.
  • Help evolve our internal design system.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Get involved in branding and marketing projects.
  • Be a Mogo brand ambassador, using our products, sharing your experiences, and providing feedback for improvements.
  • Generate fresh and innovative creative ideas, independently and with our team.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions.

Qualifications:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design work
  • Solid experience and passion in visual design, interaction, and product design.
  • Ability to create beautiful, useful, and user-friendly designs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in marketing, branding, and content creation is a plus.
  • Good grasp of product strategy and business needs.
  • Proficient in using a range of UX tactics to achieve exceptional user-centered outcomes.
  • Excited to dive into new tools, technologies, and tasks for the success of the product and users.
  • A growth mindset and a proactive approach to professional development.
