Job Description

Our client is a real estate developer focused on building telecommunications assets. The Site Acquisition Specialist will work with landlords of all sizes to coordinate all aspects of land access for the company.

  • This position will require an element of travel to sites across Ontario and Manitoba which would be about 35% of the job. This position has great potential for growth as the firm is growing and expanding.
Responsibilities: · Site identification - collaborate with the team to research potential sites for asset development· Relationship building - build relationships with landlords· Site qualification - work with local resources to understand the site from a development perspective, proactively choosing sites with good characteristics· Lease negotiation and execution - work with landlords to execute a lease· General duties to build “on-the-ground” presence - lead the development of the firm’s presence in the field, which will require various tasks given the entrepreneurial nature of their businessQualifications: · Undergraduate degree· Valid driver’s license (must have)· 4 years of experience in the following industries would be an asset: sales, and real estate· Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills· Ability to work remotely and travel (must have)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $65,000.99-$75,000.99 per yearBenefits:
