The Site Manager will be an on-site role and will oversee/direct the work of the team to ensure a safe and consistent service delivery plan, recognize and escalate issues, barriers, hardships and strategies for service improvement. This role will be instrumental to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for the team in compliance with CRC protocols including incident reporting.In this role you will:
