Job Description

Job DescriptionWere looking for an Operations Associate Manager who can help us deliver the best customer service and food experiences. Reporting to the District Manager, youll take a hands-on approach in focusing on team development, culinary expertise, safety protocol, and client relations. The Operations Associate Manager will also play a key role in helping us meet budget requirements and execute company-delivered programs. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing of all aspects of food operations at an outlet normally generating up to a $1M in revenue. The position supervises food production personnel, assists with food production tasks as needed and assures that quality and service standards are consistently attainedJob Responsibilities Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and oversees the completion of tasks Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, etc. Check and coach all food preparation is according to well defined recipes and follow up and discuss ways of constantly improving the cuisine Display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment, counselling employees as appropriate and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to management Ensure all marketingamp; Health and wellness, Sustainability initiatives are fully executedamp; work closely with District Marketing manager. Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback amp; coaching when needed Prepares reports, makes schedules and performs administrative duties as assigned. Do weekly/monthly inventories Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co- workers, etc. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
