Monitors the workplace environment by analyzing work processes, materials, equipment and work habits of employees to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken when hazards exist.- Develop, implement and monitor all health and safety compliance programs including Emergency Response, First Aid, JSA, safety training, etc.- Lead the Safety Star Point Team- Manage and implement safety systems such as SIP program, Maturity Matrix, Reg Auditor, Gensuite, Humantech- Monitor and communicate safety metrics with employees- Ensure safety documentation is relevant and updated- Lead incident investigations with A3 and follow-up on them- Organize systems to implement proactive safety measures- Coordinate safety training with Training Coordinator- Safety orientation for new employees including Dojo- A bachelor #39;s degree in health/safety related field is preferred- Previous experience with safety in manufacturing OR a combination of relevant education and experience- Good overall work performance including attendance (absenteeismlt;3%)- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting ability- Ability to work under minimal supervision- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.
