The resource is required to have expertise in SD-WAN and is motivated to create solutions for Epic #39;s high-profile Customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and integrating SD-WAN technologies for our Client #39;s networks. The role requires hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and supporting SD-WAN solutions to improve network performance, security, and reliability for our clients #39; infrastructure.The Consultant shall develop SD-WAN network and security designs (both high and low level), create security policies as well as perform IT risk assessments, infrastructure assessments including Data Centreamp; WAN network and security architectures. The Consultant should be able to communicate effectively at various levels of enterprise, both internally and externally.Key Responsibilities- Develop, design and maintain network and security architectures while following a structured solution development/design methodology- Strong experience with SD-WAN deployments and related technologies to analyze, design, advise, implement and develop supporting documentation, policies and procedures to support SMB (small and medium business) and Enterprise level Networks- Work closely with other members of the network engineering team to ensure successful SD-WAN project delivery- Collaborate with our Clients to understand their project needs and provide tailored solutions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SD-WAN- Provide guidance to staff on technology issues when needed- Liaise with Sales and support groups for Client related needs and projectsCritical Qualifications- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience- Minimum 4+ years of industry experience- CCNP Routeamp; Switch/Security; Security certifications are considered an asset- Have demonstrated extensive experience with SD-WAN products from vendors such as Silver Peak, Cisco Viptela, etc.- Aruba/Silverpeak certifications or product knowledge and experience would be a big plus- Experience in providing network (wiredamp; wireless)amp; security architecture, design, implementation, and support for enterprise environments- Virtualization experience with VMWare/Hyper-V/KVM.
