Job Description

Job Title: Brand AmbassadorJob DescriptionGalaxy Fibre is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent us and talk about our connectivity solutions to the people of the City of Brooks. You will be the face of Galaxy Fibre at events, shows, conferences etc. and the primary point of contact for customers to engage with our brand. We are looking for a friendly & outgoing person who loves to talk to people and network to build relationships.If you think youll be a good fit for this role, please send us your resumes!We want our Brand Ambassadors to be:

  • Outgoing and have great people skills. You will be trained by us beforehand to learn about our company values & service offerings. We will also make sure youre equipped with all the resources needed to excel in this role.
  • Open to learn about the Telecom industry
  • Punctual, responsible and passionate. We understand & care for our brand and our customers and we expect our ambassadors to reflect the same spirit.
  • Professional & Organized in their approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Available on the weekends.
Nice to haves:
  • Volunteering experience in events, trade shows etc.
  • A track record of going above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service in every client interaction
  • Access to vehicle and a drivers license
  • Have an interest in Sales & Marketing
About UsGalaxy Fibre is an internet service provider with the aim to bring 100% pure fibre to your homes. We will be launching by bringing high speed internet to the City of Brooks, AB in partnership with BrooksNET.
