Job Description

Customer Service/Inside Sales RepresentativeMcNiven Ranch Supply is one of Canada’s leading outdoor amenity sales and distribution solutions. We have been in business for over 17 years providing Canadians with premium outdoor, adventure and lifestyle products including Canada’s exclusive distributor of Dryshod Boots. Our product lines and business is growing and we are hiring for the position of Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.Duties & Accountabilities:

  • Customer relations including but not limited to:
  • Understanding customers needs and requirements, maintain positive relationships
  • Introduce existing customers to new products & styles
  • Cross selling and upselling product orders
  • Follow up on warm leads & cold calling potential new customers
  • Provide product descriptions and product knowledge to customers
  • Negotiating sales terms and orders
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
  • Attending trade shows
  • Building and maintain mailing lists
  • Product forecasting
Qualifications:
  • 3 years Customer Service or Inside Sales experience with knowledge of Customer Service principles, and procedures preferred
  • Experience working with outdoor/lifestyle products preferred.
This position has hybrid work from home and in-office possibilities in Brooks, Alberta for the right candidate. Multi-day travel during tradeshow seasons required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $22.00-$32.00 per hourBenefits:
