This is a full-time permanent position that will start immediately.*Summary of Function: *This position is responsible for receiving account payments from ratepayers, providing backup coverage for the Receptionist, and assisting the public at the front counter with regard to general inquiries while demonstrating the ability to deal politely and effectively with the public and co-workers.*Education and Experience Requirements: *1. Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent;2. Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a similar setting;3. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;4. Strong public relations and verbal communication skills;5. Proficient in Microsoft Office;6. Ability to plan, prioritize and manage workload, including the ability to tolerate frequent interruptions and still meet deadlines;7. Strong prioritizing and multi-tasking skills;8. Team-orientated with an open communication style;9. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;10. Demonstrated ability to show initiative;11.
