Join the #TheSeafoodMafia team and help us move the best seafood you can find on the prairies!Full-time Mobile Sales Position AvailableWe are hiring for full-time Mobile Regional Sales Representative positions with travel throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Please note these positions can include being on the road for 2-3 days at a time. A typical work week is Wednesday through Saturday with Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off. An average work week consists of 45-50 hours. This is primarily a customer relations and sales position however the successful candidate must be an experienced driver and comfortable driving a truck and trailer unit which is a 3/4 ton pickup truck with food trailers that are either 14 or 26 feet long.The work environment is fun and face paced as we are delivering high quality East Coast Seafood to various communities across the prairies, all who love to see our units roll into town!We are hiring for both Nisku and Brooks area. We have a new shop that opened April 1st in Nisku and we will open our new Brooks shop later this summer. Home base for these open positions will be out of our new shop locations where the truck and trailers are stored along with our products.Work Duties Include: - Positive and friendly sales representative of The Lobster Mobsters INC.- Travel with truck and trailer units to towns & cities throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba selling Quality Fresh & Frozen East Coast Seafood.- Weekly airport cargo pickups for fresh seafood and unloading trucks of frozen seafood (some heavy lifting required)- Stocking trailers and freezers- Following federal and provincial food safety protocols- Following/documenting daily, weekly, monthly cleaning/maintenance schedules- Regular care and maintenance of equipmentQualifications Include: - Must be friendly, helpful and provide excellent customer service to a diversity of customers- People Persons need only apply!- Must be willing to be away from home for 2-4 days at a time- Must be flexible and able to work long hours (12+hours on travel days)- Must be organized and pay high attention to workplace cleanliness- A knowledge of seafood preparation is an asset (or ability to learn quickly)- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean abstract.
