SummaryThe Receptionist is responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the company. Duties include but are not limited to reception, arranging travel plans, meeting minute-taking and distribution, scheduling appointments and drafting both internal and external correspondence. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, reception duties, supplies and stationery, and general troubleshooting.
