Make a difference within our team and #Reveal your potential at Cascades!Why CascadesSocial benefits program;Work-life balance (telecommuting, flexible hours);Employee Assistance Program (EAP);Training center;Long-term career management plan;Work environment focused on sharing knowledge and valuing individual and team successes.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Credit and Collection Agent, you will be responsible for:Perform collections on delinquent transactions within established time frames;Analyze and resolve customer deductions and disputed transactions;Identify and report various risks incurred in the management of accounts receivable;Establish and maintain a customer service to promote compliance with payment terms and the resolution of problems;Carry out periodic and sporadic analysis of each client account under his responsibility, including data collection, analysis of financial statements and submission of recommendations for credit limits, terms of payment and risk categories;Resolve various internal and external issues impacting accounts receivable;Solve various internal and external issues impacting accounts receivable; Respond to various requests from internal and external clients;Support the entire team in the application of the internal control structure.Your background and strengthsThe Credit and Collection Agent has many of the following qualifications and qualities:DEC in accounting or other related field and equivalent experienceExperience in customer service;Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar field;G.C.C. or C.C.P. designation an assetAdvanced French and intermediate English spoken and written;Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office applicationsExperience in SAP (an asset).*** Covid-19 : we are mostly teleworking due to the Covid-19 situation ***#revealyourpotential #LifeAtCascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
