Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Client Support and Inside Account ManagerSUMMARYThe employee will assist customers on a daily basis, to resolve problems and satisfy their vehicle management needs. The employee will continuously interact with local staff and with other EMKAY employees to accomplish the various tasks requested. Also, the employee will be in constant communication with suppliers/vehicle dealers. The employee must be proactive in anticipating customer needs while being a good communicator. This position requires the employee to occasionally travel to our head office in Mississauga, for training and/or meetings.La personne assistera principalement les besoins des clients au quotidien pour toutes leurs demandes en matière de Parc Automobile ce qui nécessitera du professionnalisme. De plus, la personne interagira continuellement avec le personnel local et avec d’autres employés d’EMKAY afin d’accomplir les diverses tâches demandées. Également, la personne sera en constantes communications avec les fournisseurs/concessionnaires. Cette personne devra donc être polyvalente, autonome et proactive tout en étant bonne communicatrice. Pour ce poste, il sera occasionnellement requis d’aller à notre bureau chef à Mississauga en Ontario pour des fin de formations et/ou reunions.*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*Subject to change based on department and corporate needs.· Contacting area vehicle dealerships to locate vehicles for customers (in stock)· Place client vehicle orders according to their specifications and budget· Be able to negotiate vehicle pricing with vehicle dealerships if necessary· Learning how and being responsible for producing vehicle quotes to customers· Provide customer service responding to phone calls, emails and using CRM· Produce resale contracts and explain SAAQ process to customers· Act as a liaison for customer inquires regarding maintenance, fuel, billing, resale of vehicles, while using the systems and policies of EMKAY· Ability to learn how to calculate monthly lease payments· Assist clients with building their annual vehicle selector choosing the ideal vehicles to satisfy their operational needs· Attend various events such as Auto Show, Manufacturer’s product presentations, etc.· Occassionally attending internal and external meetings with clients· Being able to understand customer’s industries to properly provide meaningful advice· Understand the EMKAY services and contracts and communicate this to customers· Be able to detect problems and escalate solutions in a proactive manner· Localiser des véhicules pour les clients (en inventaire);· Placer des commandes de véhicules;· S’assurer de respecter les budgets;· Être capable de négocier les prix des véhicules si nécessaire;· Fournir un service à la clientèle;· Répondre aux appels et aux courriels;· Responsable de produire des soumissions de véhicule aux clients;· Travailler avec tous les manufacturiers directement aux besoins (concessions);· Produire les contrats de reventes et en expliquer le processus de la SAAQ aux clients;· Agir en tant quagent de liaison pour les demandes des clients concernant les immatriculations, la maintenance, les accidents et/ou perte totale, l’essence, la facturation et la revente des véhicules, tout en utilisant les systèmes et politiques d’EMKAY;· Produire et fournir des rapports aux clients via le site web EMKAY et en promouvoir ses avantages;· Être capable de fournir des mensualités si nécessaire;· Assister les clients avec les choix des véhicules idéaux pour leurs besoins;· Assister à de divers évènements tels : Salon de l’auto, NAFA, Présentations produits des manufacturiers etc…;· Assister aux réunions internes et externes chez les clients (occasionnels);· Être capable de comprendre les industries de nos clients afin de bien guider ces derniers;· Comprendre les Services et les contrats EMKAY;· Être capable de détecter les problèmes et escalader la situation à qui de droit;· Avoir un esprit d’équipe;· Fournit un support administratif pour le courrier, la papeterie, UPS etc…;· Assurer des suivis de dossiers.SKILLS AND COMPETENCESExcellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English)

The work schedule would be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with a predetermined 30 minute lunch period. The work schedule may be subject to revision depending upon Department needs. The position requires an exemplary record of attendance and punctuality on the part of the employee.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the ideal person will be dedicated to helping, proposing, and finding solutions to the various needs of customers for their vehicle fleet. Be comfortable communicating by phone as well as by email with customers, dealers and manufacturers etc. The ideal person will have an eye for detail, will be well organized and able to learn to prioritize their work tasks. Also, the person must be reliable and self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision.Pour effectuer ce travail avec succès, la personne idéale se consacrera à aider, proposer et trouver des solutions aux différents besoins des clients pour leur flotte de véhicule.
