Our regional directors of the private residences for seniors division are currently hiring recruitment technicians for the Quebec region!POSITION DESCRIPTION:Under the responsibility of the Regional Director of his sector, the main objective of the recruitment technician is to manage job postings in the ATS (application management system) and on job platforms. He ensures good visibility on the sites and, depending on the results, he sponsors the ads when necessary and monitors these investments. Depending on needs and priorities, he does an initial screening of applications, coordinates and/or conducts brief telephone pre-interviews and shares relevant applications with managers.
