We are looking for a Restaurant Manager!As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved.In this position you will:

  • Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
  • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
  • Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
