  • Perform office admin as required.
  • Accurately schedule client appointments via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build collaborative relationships with our current and prospective clients, as well as our California Closets team.
  • Provide accurate and reliable information to clients over the phone, email and in our showrooms.
  • Review all client information during each telephone interaction to ensure accurate and up to date information.
  • Follow all procedures and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage client expectations.
  • Escalate customer situations that fall outside of our Standard Operating procedures to management for timely resolution.
  • Perform light cleaning duties.
