Job Description

On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Front-End iOS App Developer to join our Client #39;s team on a contract basis. This role is hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite at Edmonds office), and the Client is based in Burnaby, BC.Summary of the Role:We are seeking a Front-End iOS App Developer to contribute to innovative mobile solutions that improve workplace safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement mobile applications, ensuring optimal user experiences and seamless integration with existing systems.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Participate in workshops to understand client goals, present user research findings, and gather feedback on designs.
  • Create solution design documents, operational guides, and functional specifications.
  • Work with external technical teams to implement and configure custom mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Core Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications using Swift and UI5 technologies.
  • Strong ability to gather and translate client requirements into effective designs.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and containers.
Desired Skillsamp; Experience:
  • Experience with React Native, Node.js, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with SAP Mobile Services, SAP Asset Manager, or Mirata Forms.
  • Experience working with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Terms:This is a 12-month contract role.
