By leveraging our unmatched management experience, marketing expertise and state-of-the-art technologies, we allow dentists to take advantage of a practical and effective alternative to practice ownership and focus on what theyre best at - being a dentist!Due to our tremendous practice growth, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in this new opportunity.Job Overview:Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Manager, Marketing Department will work alongside the Marketing Leadership Team to support the growth of the 123Dentist brand, sub-brands, and individual clinic brands. In addition to executing the marketing needs of the company and the individual clinics, they assist with the execution of daily operations through staff training, supervision, and team building. The Manager has oversight of a team to ensure proper resource allocation and prioritization for all initiatives. In collaboration with the Senior Manager, Directors and other stakeholders, you support in the planning and execution of strategic marketing objectives of all initiatives, programs and events that create operating efficiencies and optimize performance and brand engagement for the 123Dentist brand, sub-brands, multi-clinic initiatives, and individual clinic marketing. Contributing to a culture of service, you’re a champion and ambassador for the 123Dentist brand by living our values in every interaction.Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate and work in conjunction with the Marketing Leadership Team to support and plan company projects and initiatives
  • Lead the execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis of local marketing omni-channel programs
  • Lead a team of Marketing Assistants, Coordinators & Specialists to meet objectives and goals for the 123Dentist brand, sub-brands, multi-clinic initiatives, and individual clinic marketing
  • Support the Regional Marketing Managers with clinic marketing needs and clinic analysis
  • Establish relationships with departments, partners, RMs and third-party vendors
  • Oversee the development of social media content for the 123Dentist brand, sub-brands, multi-clinic initiatives, and individual clinic marketing
  • Management of the department volume of tasks and resources, providing direction, prioritization and delegation of incoming tasks and implementation of new processes
  • Support the production of analytical reporting for social media
  • Oversee 123Dentist brand, sub-brand and clinic online reputation management
  • Oversee the onboarding and maintenance of 123Dentist brand, sub-brand and clinic online properties
  • Manage the production of foundational marketing materials and collateral, ensuring compliance with company brand standards
  • Oversee the operational support and training for staff with the 123Denist intranet
  • Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints
  • Assist with hiring, coach, and develop direct reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures with direction from the Marketing Leadership Team
  • These are representative duties and responsibilities, which are not all-encompassing, and may change from time to time
Education, Credentials, Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is an asset
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related managerial experience
