We #39;re a passionate group of people who love collaborating on innovative and challenging projects.About this roleWe are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our Industrialamp; Infrastructure team in the Burnaby office.Here #39;s how your role will strengthen our team.Your responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with a variety of administrative tasks including job binders, setup of jobs in electronic system, and Initiate, finalize, and extend project permits; prepare QA/QC files
  • Organize and track shop drawings, maintain logs, keep on top of suppliers for delivery of shop drawings
  • Update project drawings, purchase orders and job schedule with change orders
  • Ensure the site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, and change order schedules
  • Update project drawings, purchase orders and job schedule with the change orders
  • Data entry and attend site meetings to record minutes
  • Manage documentation for work orders
  • Upload/download CRM with information from Project Managers
  • Prepare O amp;M manuals and panel schedules
  • Track shipments, backorders, and follow-up with suppliers for delivery of materials.
  • Assist with Monthly progressing billings / T amp;M EWO billings
  • Help with tenders, such as Lighting/Device counts, submittals, hand delivered tenders
  • Assist all Project managers with Procore setup
  • Track and input estimate and job information into schedules, and input into site SharePoint site
  • Review monthly toolwatch reports and follow up with Director and PM #39;s for accuracy returns
Your experience and skills
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration or office related position within the construction or related industry
  • High proficiency in MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project, Procore, Revit are an asset
  • Experience managing document control, file management, scheduling, data entry, minute taking
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Must be team player with good interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Able to read electrical and/or construction drawings, an asset
  • Electrical engineering degree, diploma, relevant education or Electrician TQ considered an asset

Salary range: $65,000-$85,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
