What You’ll Do
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
  • Maintain store’s appearance
  • Ensure that loss prevention policies are followed
  • Understand the customer’s needs through thoughtful and specific questions
  • Educate and demonstrate available products to customers
Experience level required
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or sales position (customer-facing) is an asset
Availability required/Shifts
  • Full-Time: 40+ hours per week
  • Part-Time: 10 – 20 hours per week – to be validated
  • Flexibly in shift availability required
  • Shifts are booked on a 7-day roster (7 days in advance)
  • May include weekend work and extended hours
