Sales Representative – Work from HomeJob SummaryAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, providing them satisfaction and outstanding level of service. You will be responsible for selling life and health insurance policies to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will educate customers on various insurance options, assess their needs, and recommend suitable policies. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their insurance needs.
  • Educate customers on life and health insurance policies, explaining benefits and coverage options.
  • Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Process applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and encourage policy renewals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Insurance license (Lifeamp; Health) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite.
