Job Description

  • Identify and source repair parts for installation
  • Prepare repair estimates and obtain work authorization approval from customers
  • Disassemble and repair airless sprayers, pumps, industrial coating systems, proportioners, valves, compressors, flow monitors, control systems and related equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and preventative maintenance inspections
  • Install and commission new packages
  • Advise customers on correct use of equipment
  • Address customer needs proactively, utilizing service interactions as opportunities to introduce and promote new products.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Mentor/cross-train others and support other business activities as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Create and maintain job work orders
  • Fill out proper documentation for receiving, servicing and returning customer products
  • Full-Time Position: 40 hrs/week
  • Shift Time: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 year experience with both low- and high-pressure pumps, painting equipmentamp; lubrication equipment.
  • Ability to work in an environment where chemicals and solvents are used.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver #39;s license for operating a company vehicle.
  • Valid passport for travel to the USA for training.
  • Ownership of hand tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting deadlines and progressing through daily tasks.
  • May lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, to performing physical tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed for repairs that extend beyond regular business hours.
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
  • Forklift license and/or first aid certification would be an asset, but not mandatory.
