Job Description

Clark Ag Systems, a family- owned business based out of Caledonia Ontario, supplies a complete line of high quality equipment for poultry and egg production to farmers across Canada. The professional and skilled staff at Clark constantly strives to achieve the highest standard for sales, installation and service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, results-driven individual to take over the position of Project Coordinator.Project Coordination

  • Coordinate all installation work orders to ensure complete and accurate planning of jobs, availability of materials, and scheduling of labour
  • Work closely with purchasing to expedite all incoming deliveries of equipment
  • Daily update the installation crew schedule for circulation
  • Update and maintain New Orders and Installations Projects Overview (IPO) workbooks
  • Work closely with customers to coordinate and schedule a smooth installation
Installations
  • Create and edit all sales orders in the MRP computer system
  • Create purchase orders in Bluelink and expedite orders through K&N brokerage
  • Create corresponding work orders for job costing
  • Create and maintain customer files and project files for all sales orders
  • Apply customer deposits and invoice completed sales order
  • Create corresponding work orders for job costing and enter costing estimates
  • Prepare pick lists and coordinate picking with warehouse to ensure all materials are picked, packed and staged for installation
  • Create and maintain customer files and project files for all sales orders
Other
  • Provide backup support for customer service and retail operations
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Other duties as required
Key Competencies and Experience
  • Familiar with MS Office applications, MS Project as well as MRP application systems an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast- paced environment
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good phone and reception etiquette
  • Demonstrate a “team attitude” to help wherever there are needs
