Job Description

Coatings Installers Required in CalgaryThese positions are to start as soon as possible, if requirements are met.Position Responsibilities:

  • Two to five years’ experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Good understanding of the properties of concrete, resins, hardeners and sealers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of company materials, machinery, and installation techniques.
  • Experienced with shot blasting, diamond grinding, concrete polishing, joint filling, self-leveling, waterproofing, tank
  • linings, polyurethane, MMA and epoxy flooring.
  • Able to meet installation deadlines and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and keep vehicles always organized and clean.
  • Experience reading blue prints an asset, including ability to take direction and execute plans.
  • Previous experience with concrete floor repair and restorative services.
Position Requirements:
  • A team player who is eager to learn new skills.
  • Punctual with an excellent work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding duties.
  • Able to stand and kneel for long periods of time.
  • Must have valid Driver’s license – Class 5.
  • CSA approved steel-toed safety footwear and hard hat required.
  • Very good command of the English language (speak, read, write and understand).
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Completed Grade 12 education
  • Certificates (WHMIS 2015, CPR, Confined Space/Fall Arrest, etc.)
  • Clean driver’s abstract
  • Own reliable vehicle
