What You’ll Do
  • Identify white space and additional use cases, projects, and services opportunities in account plans.
  • Draft quotes and estimates quickly, and have strong follow-through from opportunity to close.
  • Close growth opportunities (CSQLs) and advocacy opportunities (CSQAs) in your book of business.
  • Negotiate and close renewal and expansion contracts.
  • Track and address late payments with customers and guide them toward up-to-date paid status.
  • Field any revenue-related inquiries or discussions regarding their contract or desires for expansion or downgrades.
  • Provide and track training and demos to end users and super users as needed to improve adoption and secure renewals.
  • Solve adoption issues with online, internal, and external research to determine the issue and help create a list of tasks you’ll complete to improve them.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to help customers with ongoing projects, training, support issues, etc.
What You Have
  • 4+ years’ of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of growing and retaining account revenue.
  • 2+ years of experience working remotely.
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud-based applications.
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
  • Residency/work visa in Canada, or in the US states listed below.
