  • Utilize market knowledge to find the best coverage options at competitive prices.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling to fulfil clients #39; diverse insurance needs.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality book of business with strong retention rates.
  • Recommend suitable coverages based on individual client requirements.
  • Adapt to changing insurance demands and adhere to underwriting criteria.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a professional license to work in the field or be willing to acquire one through a simple provincial licensing process.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
