As they continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Manager who understands the dynamic nature of the digital finance.Role Description:We seek a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in managing high-net-worth client portfolios within investment companies, including banks and other financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience dealing with clients face-to-face, managing portfolios, and a comprehensive understanding of stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.This role is centred around customer relations, focusing on upselling and conducting market analyses to inform and engage clients through online webinars.Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized investment advice and portfolio management.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of commodities, forex, and crypto markets to provide strategic insights and upsell services.
  • Drive business growth through proactive engagement and relationship-building with institutional clients.
  • Conduct online webinars and presentations to educate and inform clients about market opportunities and investment strategies.
  • Work on a commission-based structure, demonstrating a solid motivation to expand business and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in investment companies, with a track record of managing high-net-worth portfolios and engaging with clients directly.
  • Deep understanding of the financial markets, including stocks, commodities, forex, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to upsell and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of conducting insightful market analyses and webinars.
