Job Description

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is a customer-oriented information technology solution provider with proven abilities to incorporate strategy, creativity and technical aspects into business solutions. Service delivery is focused in four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training and Managed Services; with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector.ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager for immediate opportunities.ROLE:Scrum Master / ERP Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing HR and Financial systems
  • Experience in implementing mid or top tier ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Dayforce, UKG, ADP, Anaplan
  • Ability to lead traditional projects as well as agile
  • 1-2 years Scrum Master experience
  • Experience with Scaled agile framework, SAFe, version 6 preferred
  • Experience working with Scrum/Kanban or other Agile methodologies. Scrum master certification, CSM or equivalent is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in computer science, or other applicable degree and at least 3-5 years of related experience (or equivalent).
  • Solid knowledge of both Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience working with business and technical projects with an agile mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to identify and remove team impediments
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  • Ability to work on project, program and organizational strategy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.Experience interacting with both business and IT teams.
  • PMP would be an asset
Responsibilities:
  • Scrum Master for 1-2 scrum teams, primarily one implementing a HR/Finance system(s)
  • Remove impediments for the Team and the Product Owner
  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies
  • Reinforce Scrum practices
  • Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a Scrum Master process and champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master practices.
  • Team Building – Ensuring a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in their work
