Optimy is growing and we are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to promote our Sales focused e-commerce platform within the automotive industry. AThe successful candidate be instrumental in introducing our cutting-edge e-commerce platform to automotive industry players. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company. About Optimy.ai, a Division of Kognitive Tech Inc. Kognitive Tech Inc. is a Sales Tech company that was founded in 2006 and was created to helps clients increase sales revenue and profitability while providing world-class customer service. Our eCommerce division, Optimy.ai offers businesses a video chat tool, Optimy, that is the first eCommerce plug-in that allows for a live video chat conversation within the customer #39;s web browser that is 100% privateamp; secure. Committed to transforming the way businesses operate online, we #39;re looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales within this dynamic sector. Responsibilities:

  • Engage in lead researching, prospecting and lead the initial interaction with Optimy’s ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas (BP) to create awareness of the Optimy platform.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector of the assigned region, emphasizing e-commerce platforms for dealerships, manufacturers, and service providers.
  • Develop and nurture ICPs and BPs to book initial meetings and expand the client base for the sales team.
  • Customize product presentations and demos based on the specific needs and challenges of automotive clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth of the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior leadership to explore and pursue new business prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads using the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events to enhance our presence and identify new e-commerce prospects.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and continuously update product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales preferably with 1 year of sales experience within the Automotive industry.
  • Auto tech. experience considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques with a strong ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
