Ref ID: 05000-0012446094Classification: Purchasing CoordinatorCompensation: DOEOur established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their dynamic team for a contract role.As the Purchasing Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing supplier/customer communication
  • Invoice processing and attestation
  • Support operations at site
  • Dealing with maintenance repair and operations
  • Managing the tender process
  • Ad hoc duties as requested
Job Requirements:Make a positive contribution as a Purchasing Coordinator with our client. The successful Purchasing Coordinator will possess the following:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Contracts Administration/Management environment or similar role
  • SCMP Designation
  • Experienced in SAP systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Superior analytical skills
  • First rate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Available to start immediately
