In this contract/temporary role you will be accountable for the planning, designing, development and implement comprehensive business solutions for the business needs. You will work with stakeholders to communicate requirements and specifications in order to achieve success at each project stage. Your solid skill and ability in methods and techniques for business analysis and demonstrated skill in their application will ensure you success in this role.   • 8 + years of relevant work experience in a similar role with solid experience building strong working relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Proficient working knowledge and ability with Visio, Miro and / or related tools
  • ERP Experience preferably SAP is preferred
  • In-depth working experience in requirement elicitation and business process workflows to document requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills along with ability to effectively present ideas and concepts
  • Solid analytical and leadership skills in projects delivering IT-based business solutions, capability to train staff and users to work with applications systems and/or programs
  • Proven track record of driving the project by coordinating with various onshore and offshore teams
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and proven facilitation and presentation capabilities
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Analysis, Business Management or equivalent
