As the successful candidate you will be accountable for the analysis, technical guidance and methodologies for the automation and enhancement of business processes by leveraging SharePoint Online capabilities including Power Apps and Power Automate. You have in-depth knowledge with all aspects of Microsoft SharePoint Online architecture and its integration with Office 365 combined with solid communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of stake holders. This role is based in Calgary, AB. but is open to hybrid remote work (work from office/work from home) concessions for eligible candidates.   • 10 + years’ experience in a similar role experience with recent experience administrating and developing within SharePoint Online
  • Proficient experience in building Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow) solutions, analyzing, designing, and delivering SharePoint solutions based primarily in out-of-the-box functionality, designing/delivering customized InfoPath forms
  • Proven working success and in-depth experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, page lists, libraries, and document sets etc.
  • Solid skill and experience with managing permissions at the site collection, subsite, list/library, and item/document levels, with strong experience in permission management specifically in SharePoint Online
  • Working knowledge with all aspects of the Microsoft SharePoint architecture from both a technical and functional perspective, plus backend and frontend support experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid skills in verbal and written communication with the ability to facilitate meetings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize projects, set, and meet deadlines
  • Must be highly motivated with great attention to detail and providing quality results
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical skills and the capability to work in a small team as well as be individually motivated
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent
  • ITIL and/or PM certification is a definite asset but not required
