The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations of the company within the aspects of office administration. This position requires a high level of organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Must be strongly proficient within the Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with purchasing/inventory control as asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Provide general office support such as answering multi line phones, courier requests, filing and data entry
  • Assist with reports and correspondence, forward inter office mail as required
  • Maintenance of office supplies
  • Assist the accounting department when needed
  • Creation of purchase orders for management team
  • Maintenance of inventory tracking and data entry
  • Other duties related to the day to day operations of the company
LOCATION
  • This position will be based out of Calmar, Alberta
  • Please note that there is NO transit accessibility to the office location
