Position: Fleet Maintenance Manager, Permanent - Full TimeResponsibilities: Oversee Fleet, Facilities and Maintenance Inventory within a multi-faceted fast-paced Annapolis Valley business.• Fleet Maintenance – Heavy Industrial Equipment, Commercial truck, and trailer• Liaise with management to ensure a smooth flow of communication during repairs or maintenance work• Ensure timely maintenance is completed• Inventory Managemento Ordering of job-specific partso Ordering and maintain an accurate inventory• Oversee Facilities Management• Preventative Maintenance scheduling – grease, oil, etc.• Coordinate overhaul and rebuild activities• Quality Control• Work Scheduling/planning• Tire MaintenanceQualifications:1. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance management2. Candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills3. The self-motivated, highly organized candidate should be able to equally perform alone and in a team environment4. Candidate should have strong computer skills and a good memory5. Experience in fleet maintenance systems would be an asset6.
