Job Description

Job DescriptionWHAT’S THE JOBJoin our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.As a Journeyperson Plumber, reporting to the Lead Hand, you will install, repair and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in portable manufactured units. You will ensure components are installed according to plumbing scopes and prints. Your work will include:

  • Complete tasks related to the planning, laying out of the plumbing components of the construction, repair and assembly of temporary and permanent buildings, additions, partitions and wood structures and fixtures in accordance with blueprints, sketches and verbal instructions.
  • Read blueprints and specifications.
  • Participate in all construction and remodeling projects involving plumbing, air conditioning or gas fitting changes and/or additions.
  • Tend to the maintenance and preventative maintenance programs including cleaning for all plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, and air and vacuum related equipment.
  • Complete Job Hazards Assessments and Accident and Incident reports.
  • Attend Toolbox meetings to ensure understanding of work expectations and goals.
  • Accountable and responsible for the quality of all plumbing work performed on manufactured product to ensure it meets all company and/or contract standards with recommendations for improvements where needed.
