The Ministry of Education and Child Care provides funding to child care sites across the province to support a universal child care initiative through the $10 a Day ChildCareBC Program. The Ministry is working to expand the number of quality, low-cost, child care spaces at existing child care facilities to support families across the province.The Client Relations Coordinator develops and maintains collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of child care programs and services to clients and communicates program goals and objectives.   • Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Experience in contract negotiations and/or contract management.
  • Experience assessing information and ensuring it complies with regulations, policies and or legislation.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
  • Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with government Child Care programs.
