Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team the Bellhop is responsible for greeting guests, handling luggage, and providing information about the facilities and services offered by the Resort. They will present themselves professionally when addressing the inquiries and needs of the guests. The Bellhop will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical needs of the position. They will work well in a team environment and ensure the guests have a seamless and memorable experience.Your contributions to the team include:

  • Greet guests and ensure they have a positive first experience at the Resort.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and carry their luggage from the point of arrival to their rooms.
  • Ensure guests have extensive knowledge about the facilities and services offered by the Resort.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
  • Prioritization and task management skills.
  • Remaining calm under pressure and resolving problems using good judgment.
  • Follow directions thoroughly with minimal supervision.
  • Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
  • 1 year customer service experience.
  • Experience in a physically demanding position.
